Established in the year 2000, Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering, Chennai (AMSCE Chennai) is a beacon of hope and inspiration for learners. Classrooms and tutorial halls form the backbone of the infrastructure of AMSCE Chennai. All classrooms and tutorial halls are equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment and the latest computers. AMSCE Chennai also has well-equipped laboratories to ensure that students are able to explore and understand the concepts and theories of the subject they are studying. The infrastructure of AMSCE Chennai also includes a seminar hall, which is equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment and computers to ensure that students can easily access the latest knowledge and resources. AMSCE Chennai is also equipped with Wi-Fi facilities to ensure that students can access the Internet while attending seminars. The auditorium of AMSCE Chennai is a 403 sq.m facility that is equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment to ensure that students can easily access the latest knowledge and resources. The library of AMSCE Chennai is also well-stocked with a total of 7232 titles and 34821 volumes, including 101 national journals and electronic journals such as IEEE (ASPP) and DELNET. The library also provides Wi-Fi facilities to ensure that students can easily access the internet while browsing through the library. AMSCE Chennai also has a sports complex, which includes outdoor games such as basketball, volleyball, football, kabaddi, cricket, kho kho, throwball, handball, and athletics. In addition, the sports complex also includes indoor games such as chess, shuttle badminton, table tennis, and carrom. Furthermore, there is a gymnasium to ensure that students can stay fit and healthy. To provide refreshments to students, the campus has a cafeteria that covers an area of 445.55 sq.m. Other facilities on the campus include a hostel for boys, health care, and a bus facility. All these facilities make AMSCE Chennai a great place to pursue higher education.

The Career Services Cell strives to ensure the overall growth and development of students, equipping them with the necessary skills and training to make them placement-ready. With this goal in mind, the Cell organizes Personality Development Programmes, as well as provides regular coaching in areas such as Group Discussions, Aptitude Tests, and Mock Interviews. The students of AMSCE Chennai get placed in companies like Infosys, Naukri, Jhonson, L&T, Cognizant, Jio, TCS, Wipro, etc.

AMSCE Chennai offers scholarships for meritorious students based on their Higher Secondary Examination results. Furthermore, government schemes such as those for first-time graduates, as well as non-government scholarships from organizations such as the Sitaram Jindal Foundation, KH Exports India Private Limited, and the Tamilnadu Congress Committee Charitable Trust, are available to help those who are economically disadvantaged.  AMSCE Chennai also awards cash prizes to students who are semester toppers, university rank holders, and gold medalists.
