Admission Procedure

A1 Global Institute of Engineering & Technology, Prakasam conducts its admission procedure according to the guidelines of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The students interested in seeking admission at the esteemed College can apply through the university's admission department. The admissions for the undergraduate courses (B.Tech, Diploma) are made according to the merits secured by the students in their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board in the relevant subject discipline. The selection of the applicants for the postgraduate degree courses in Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) is made according to the merits secured by the applicants in their undergraduate courses in the relevant subject discipline from a recognised university. A1 Global Institute of Engineering & Technology, Prakasam (A1GIET, Prakasam) has established a Training and Placement Cell, Counseling and guiding of students, arranging project works in industries, industrial visits, industrial training during vacation, organizing campus interviews, providing job market information to students and necessary inputs to face the interviews, organizing Guest Lectures and Campus Selections, arranging industrial training for students, arranging industrial internships for faculty are some of the activities of the Training & Placement Cell. Organize training programmes on all the issues related placement activity. Training programmes are held in four sessions.

A1GIET, Prakasam has a separate Training and Placement Cell, which invites various companies in all branches of Engineering. It has good recognition of providing successful engineers after completion of their degree. The shortlist of students of A1GIET, Prakasam prepared based on their merit and the requirement of particular industry. The same list is sent to the concerned industries for their review and further shortlisted candidates are tested and interviewed in the campus.
