Guwahati, Feb. 1: DY 365 today edged past Prime News by a narrow margin of six runs to set up a semi-final clash with Prag Channel in the 1st GTC Media Cup cricket tournament under way at Judges Field here.

Put to bat, DY 365 posted 134 for eight in the stipulated 20 overs and Prime News were restricted to 128 for nine.

Robin Das topscored for DY 365 with 36 while Dipu Bora contributed 23. Guptajeet Bayan of Prime News scalped three for 11.

Bedanta Bhargob Bora topscored for Prime with 38 and Jitu Moni Medhi scored 23. Ankur Borthakur and Binay Kalita of DY 365 shared three wickets each, giving away 16 and 32 respectively.
