Where: Haka, 2nd Floor, City Centre Salt Lake.
When: Till June 30.
On the menu: Eat your meal hot, served straight from the stone pot it is cooked in. There’s Baby Corn and Broccoli in Mahlak Sauce (a sauce prepared by pouring hot oil over dry red chillies and Schezwan pepper), Pot Sizzling Cauliflower Manchurian, Pan-Grilled Noodles in Sizzling Pot and Chengdu Chilli Chicken (from the Chengdu province in China). “On a recent visit to Kunming in south China, the latest trend we saw was food being served from stone pots. As it is also cooked in the same pot, the aroma is trapped,” says chef Rajesh Dubey. There’s also the traditional Mongolian Five Spice Pot Rice and the mildly spiced Fish in Spicy Tomato Garlic Sauce.
Pocket pinch: A meal for two will cost around Rs 500 (taxes extra).
