Among these committees, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) led discussions on "The situation in the Middle East including the Palestinian question," culminating in accolades for the USA, the Russian Federation, Syria, and Israel.

The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) confronted the "Human rights situation in Palestine and other occupied Arab territories," underscoring the plight of displaced civilians and the repercussions of foreign intervention.
