MLA bail rejected

Bhubaneswar: The special court of chief judicial magistrate of CBI rejected BJD MLA Pravat Biswal’s bail plea in connection with Seashore money laundering scam  on Saturday. Biswal’s counsel had applied for bail citing health reasons. The CBI had produced Biswal in a court ahead of the completion of his remand period. He was admitted to Capital Hospital after the Jharpada jail doctors conducted a preliminary examination on him after he complained of health problems on Friday night.
