Duliajan: The 118 Duliajan constituency MLA, Terosh Gowala, here on Tuesday demanded Oil India Limited (OIL) to initiate various activities for those living within 20km radius of the firm's headquarters here in Dibrugarh.

The MLA said steps should be taken under the OIL's corporate social responsibility to ensure safe drinking water, integrated sewerage system, pucca roads, streetlights, schools and colleges and a super market. He also sought employment for local youths.
