Guwahati, Nov. 7: The fourth national education conference of the principals of Don Bosco Schools across the country concluded here yesterday with a commitment to explore new ways to prepare the younger generation to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
The three-day meet, which was held at Don Bosco School, Panbazar, focussed on transforming India through education. Nearly 250 Salesian principals participated in brainstorming sessions, including one on challenges to the Centre's new education policy.
The participants reiterated their commitment in imparting quality education to youths, especially those with rural backgrounds.
