All things Bengali were in the spotlight at Xavullash’17, the annual fest of the Bengali Literary Society of St. Xavier’s College, held in association with t2 on February 20-21. 

Twenty colleges, including Jadavpur University, Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration and University of Engineering & Management, took part in the event besides students from University of Dhaka.

Events ranged from group dance, band competition and fashion show to creative writing. The event most looked forward to was the Dashobhuja Bangalee Award, where several eminent Bengalis from various fields were felicitated.
Anjan Dutt and Iman Chakraborty were the star performers at the two-day fest.
