What’s in a name

Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput welcomed their second child, a baby boy, on Wednesday. 

Mira, who was admitted at the Hinduja Hospital in suburban Mumbai, delivered a baby boy, sources said. The couple got married in 2015 and they have a two-year-old daughter, Misha, who recently celebrated her second birthday.

The word is that the actor is still trying to work out names for his second baby. “We are figuring it out,” he gushes. This time it is going to be more difficult for Mira and Shahid because they have used the easiest combination of their names for Misha.

Interestingly, the name Misha was suggested by plenty of people on social media. “Yes, and I kind of discovered that later. I thought I had come with a great plan and then I realised a lot of people had already beaten me to it!” the actor shares.

Misha, on the other hand, isn’t quite as excited about her father when she sees him on the big screen. “She is excited for 10 seconds and then she completely loses interest,” the actor tells us when asked if Misha enjoys watching him on TV.
