Kartik Aaryan, Soha Ali Khan and Malaika Arora were among a series of Bollywood celebrities who shared snippets of their yoga sessions on social media to mark International Yoga Day on June 21. Here’s a look.

Rakul Preet Singh and her husband Jackky Bhagnani participated in a yoga session on the day. “Together in wellness and all things beautiful ,” Rakulpreet captioned the photos.


Shilpa Shetty shared a video to stress the importance of breathing exercises that could have a positive effect on mental health. “This Yoga Day, let’s make every breath count ♥️,” she wrote alongside the video.

Patralekhaa celebrated the day by sharing a set of pictures from her daily yoga session. The actress will be next seen in Rahi Anil Barve’s Gulkanda Tales, Simarpreet Singh’s Wild Wild Punjab and Anant Madadevan’s Phule.

Kartik Aaryan shared a fun video that shows the actor teaching his poodle Katori how to have a 'lean muscular body' through intense workout sessions. “Katori Champiyon ,” he captioned his post, alluding to his recent film Chandu Champion.

Soha Ali Khan shared pictures of herself, her daughter Inaaya Kemmu, her husband Kunal Kemmu and her mother Sharmila Tagore performing yoga on the special day.

Hema Malini performed yoga with the residents of Mathura to embrace the spirit of Yoga day.

Malaika Arora marked the day by sharing glimpses of her yoga sessions. “Gratitude post ….. #internationalyogaday,” she captioned her post.

Sonu Sood revealed how he dedicates two hours of his time daily for workout and exercises. The actor’s upcoming directorial debut Fateh is slated to release this year.
