Members of Bihar State Rice Millers' Association hand over samples of paddy to chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi at a convention at SK Memorial Hall in Patna on Wednesday. Manjhi said he would take up the cause of rice millers at the next Udyami Panchayat to be held on December 29. Association president Sudhakar Singh expressed his happiness over the chief minister's announcement. Manjhi made the announcement after the association expressed disappointment and informed the chief minister that their rice mills are on the verge of collapse because of lack of cooperation from the state government.
