Bhubaneswar: An activist on Friday lodged a police complaint against chief minister Naveen Pattnaik, Rajya Sabha member Pyari Mohan Mohaptra, two ministers Puspendra Singhdeo and Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak and Congress MLA Shibaji Majhi for their alleged involvement in the horse trading during the Rajya Sabha election last year. However, the police have not registered any FIR. Bhubaneswar: Chief secretary Bijay Kumar Patnaik on Friday directed the collectors of the districts implementing Integrated Action Plan to sanction projects worth Rs 55 crore within 15 days. At present, the programme is being implemented in 15 districts.
