Ex-MLA quits BJD

Bhubaneswar: Former BJD MLA Sidhartha Sekhar Singh on Sunday resigned from the party’s primary membership. In his letter to party president and chief minister Naveen Patnaik, the former Khandapada legislator said: “After being ignored by the party for the last two years, I realised that maybe my services are not required by the party anymore. I think I should quit the party gracefully.”
