In an important update for aspiring dental surgeons, the National Board of Examination in Medical Science (NBEMS) is set to close the application correction window for the National Entrance cum Eligibility Test Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) tomorrow, February 25. This marks the final opportunity for candidates to make necessary adjustments to their applications ahead of the upcoming exam.

Applicants are reminded that modifications to personal details such as name, nationality, email address, and exam test city will no longer be possible once the correction window closes. However, all other information and document alterations remain permissible, ensuring candidates have the chance to rectify any errors or omissions.

During this edit period, no new applications will be accepted, and payment submissions will be restricted. Nevertheless, candidates may still submit balance fees in the event of changes to their category or Persons with Disabilities (PwD) status.

The official notification underscores the editability of various fields within the NEET MDS 2024 application form, including date of birth, gender, parental information, religious affiliation, category designation, EWS and PWD statuses, identification particulars, correspondence address, BDS qualification, internship details and document uploads.

The NEET MDS 2024 examination is scheduled to take place on March 18 at numerous centres nationwide. The exam will be conducted in a single session, commencing at 9AM and concluding at noon.

Ahead of the examination, NBEMS will issue the NEET MDS 2024 admit cards on March 13. To access the same, candidates must utilise their login credentials, specifically their registration number and date of birth.

It is important to note that admission to the examination hall will depend on the presentation of a valid admit card; candidates failing to produce this document will be barred from sitting the exam.

The NEET MDS results are expected to be released by April 18, 2024.
