There will also be the classic Coq Au Vin (chicken braised with bacon, mushrooms, wine and garlic), Poissons Cordon Bleu (breaded fish delicately wrapped in ham and stuffed with cheese) and La Cuisson Parfaite Du Bekti (baked bekti with lemon butter sauce).
