Deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi addresses “Free spoken English for Mahadalit youths” programme at IMA Hall in Patna on Friday. He inaugurated the programme of Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission, which has chosen a premier spoken English institute British Lingua to train youths of the community on how to speak the language. Modi said it is must to study the language. “It is essential to know the language to get jobs these days. A person who does not know English is considered unworthy for employment.
