Crossword starts Tuesday

Patna: Governor Satya Pal Malik will launch the sixth edition of the inter-school cryptic crossword competition in Delhi on July 10.

Extra C, a Patna-based organisation that organises the event, stated that Union minister of state (independent charge) for power and new & renewable energy Raj Kumar Singh too would be present at the launch.

NPS Bangalore is the reigning champion. A school team comprises two students from classes IX to XII.

The launch will witness four rounds of national capital region - New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Ghaziabad. There will be 37 more city rounds in the July-September period before a line-up for the grand finale will be decided.

While the city round of Patna will be organised on July 26, in Ranchi it will take place on July 16.
