Patna: BJP state president Mangal Pandey on Tuesday said crime in Bihar had reached its apex and criminals were now calling the shots.

Pandey announced a phase-wise agitation across the state against Shahabuddin's release. The first round will be held in Patna on September 14 with a sit-in-dharna by the NDA leaders.

Patna: BJP state spokesperson Sanjay Tiger on Tuesday said if the state can impose Crime Control Act on Anant Singh, the same must be done for Mohammad Shahabuddin who was released from Siwan jail.
