The Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested three men, including a pharmacy owner, for allegedly peddling drugs across the city and sending consignments abroad.

Sources said the NCB had received information that more than 11kg of charas was being couriered to Hong Kong on Wednesday night. “An NCB team arrested Dum Dum residents Ashim Ray and Rajan Mishra and seized the charas that was concealed inside a packet marked as ‘muffins’,” said an NCB officer.
