- Reduce the sugar level in your diet. It might be a little difficult, but try to take other alternatives in lieu of sugar such as Stevia or Truvia.
Remove clutter from your house, office or any other place of work. The presence of clutter will definitely affect your career, health and wealth.
- Before entering the house, make it a habit to leave your shoes outside. This will bring dust, dirt, worries and stress into the house from the outside world. Let peaceful energy sneak into the house. The energy around the house will be better if you enter your home bare feet.
- Keep all the windows and doors open. Use soft light in the toilet and do not keep any bright light in the room where you stay most of the time. Place plants in the room and this will allow you to gain more oxygen, harmony and energy. Do not keep plants with droopy leaves, select plants that look happy.
- Surround yourself with abundance of light, greenery and fresh air.
- Try to get more sleep by creating a tranquil atmosphere in your bedroom. The bedroom should be calm and peaceful and it must allow you to relax. If your sleep is less than what you require, it will affect your mood and you will be ill tempered. It will hamper your work schedule and you will automatically feel frustrated.
- Make an endeavour to sleep for at least for six to seven hours at night. It is better to choose a bedroom away from a busy street. Try not to see television before sleeping because any disturbing news or movie will create a negative impact on your mind and you may see some bad dreams. Moreover, watching TV prior to sleep will drain out your energy and vitality. Place the bed against a solid wall so that you get full view of the room.
- It is always good remove clutter since it removes sadness, fear or negative feelings.
- Make it a habit to walk daily for 30 minutes. Walk at a brisk pace and you do not need to do rigorous exercises. Walking at a fast pace will make you feel healthier and stronger.
- Do not skip any meal and avoid eating junk food. If you are not able to eat meal in your house, you can always bring the meal with you at your workplace and eat it when you feel like. Eating healthy is a great habit.
- When you feel tensed, shut the door and try to do some breathing exercise. Taking a deep breath will make you feel relaxed.
- There are two types of people around you. Some are happy and the others are grumpy. Always try to be with happy people.
- Apply soft soothing colours in your room, be it the artwork, decorative objects, fabrics or even the wall. Soft colours will make you feel calm and peaceful. If possible, it is a great idea to have a separate room for yoga and meditation.
