Berhampur: Berhampur police have recovered 132 new mobile phone hand sets worth Rs 3 lakh from Badambadi bus stand in Cuttack. he phones were stolen while a consignment was on its way from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur in a private bus on April 19. The accused, however, managed to escape from the bus stand after keeping the stolen goods at a rest shed in the bus stand. ub-divisional police officer Basant Kumar Panigrahi said the handsets were meant for a mobile shop owner and sent by distributors at Bhubaneswar. Bhubaneswar: A woman Maoist cadre in Chandrapur surrendered before the Rayagada superintendent of police on Thursday. The cadre identified as Jyoti alias Bharati of Bissam Cuttack in Rayagada was working under Maoist leader Subhas.
