Bhubaneswar, July 27: Commissioner of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation Vishal Dev was today appointed vice-chairman of the Bhubaneswar Development Authority.

Additional secretary in the state housing and urban development department Sanjiv Kumar Mishra replaced Dev while Dora Venkataswamy is the new commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation.

The state government also shifted 15 collectors including Arabinda Agrawal of Puri who goes to Angul as Nabakumar Nayak takes his place. With today’s move, Durga Prasad Behera goes to Kendrapara, Ranjit Agrawal to Balasore, Satya Kumar Mallick to Jagatsinghpur, Basudev Majhi to Gajapati, Balwant Singh to Keonjhar, Rajesh Prabhakar Patil to Mayurbhanj, Debraj Mishra to Balangir, Bhupinder Singh Punia to Kandhamal, Sashi Bhusan Padhi to Rayagada, Bishnu Prasad Padhi to Malkangiri, M. Muthukumar to Nuapada, Jamini Sarangi to Nabarangpur and Ravindra Pratap Singh to Sonepur.
