Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management graduates from B-schools and confirm them after a year’s on-the-job training.

Mid-career recruitment

We normally seek the help of executive search-and-placement agencies for hiring mid-career professionals. We use newspaper advertisements only for recruiting blue collar employees.

Terms

The retirement age is 58 years. Contractual engagements are undertaken through outsourced agencies with no encumbrances to the company.

Postings/ transfers

We usually don’t transfer mid-career professionals. Management trainees, especially sales management trainees, are transferred to give them an understanding of the regional dimensions in sales.

Special facilities

We have special facilities for higher education. We are also going to launch our Talent Bank and the Golden Hand-cuff schemes to retain talent.
