Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit fresh designers from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and other such premier institutes, and offer them the post of assistant designers.

Mid-career recruitment

Newspaper advertisements, job portals, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants are used for mid-career recruitments.

Terms

We offer regular employment. There is a probationary period of six months. The retirement age is 60. We don’t have a contractual system.

Postings/ transfers

We have stores in Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Indore, Guwahati, Hyderabad and Calcutta. Most of our employees are posted in Calcutta. We don’t transfer our employees.
