Recruitment policy for management trainees

We take the help of job portals for hiring management trainees. We also visit campuses of management and optometrist institutes to recruit.

Mid-career recruitment

Experienced candidates with retail background, preferably from similar industry, are recruited through job portals and employee referrals. E-recruitment also takes place through our corporate website.

Terms

Terms of employment are transparent and growth oriented. We have a probation period of six months. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

Our head office is in Calcutta and retail stores are located in all major cities across the country. Employees are generally appointed from their respective cities. However, they might be transferred to any region after considering their convenience.

Jobs on offer

We have openings for retail store managers, sales executives and optometrists for our stores outside Calcutta in West Bengal as well as in other states. Experienced candidates shall be preferred.
