Recruitment policy for management trainees

We visit B-schools and engineering institutes across the country to hire management trainees. There is a three-tier recruitment process in place to fill positions in operation, supply chain, plants, sales and HR.

Mid-career recruitment

Our first priority is to fill the position through promotion. News of openings is also put up on the internal portal and we have a employee referral scheme. If none of these work, then we use consultants and also advertise in the electronic media.

Terms

LT Foods has standard terms of employment and the retirement age is 58. We follow a contractual system of employment at our plants due to dynamic business requirements.

Postings / transfers

As of now, we have a setup in two overseas locations and seven in India and employees can be posted at any of these places.
