Recruitment policy for management trainees

We offer students a traineeship programme. Under this, students are given an opportunity to ‘learn and apply’ simultaneously. We prefer those who are interested in working with the company to apply their classroom learning in the practical world.

Mid-career recruitment

We have a staff training programme that helps employees at all levels to become more effective managers. The recruitments are done as per the requirement of a region. WLC does these recruitments on the basis of referrals and print ads.

Terms

We have different recruitment policies for various levels. Any new employee is put on probation for six months, including 15 days for orientation and training.

Postings/transfers

Our organisation has a pan-India presence and has its headquarters in Delhi.
