Bhubaneswar, Nov. 28: The Orissa unit of the BJP would ferry its workers to Delhi by a special train to attend a rally there on December 1.
The rally will be taken out to protest against price rise under the UPA regime.
State BJP president Juel Oram said the party has booked a 22-bogey special train, which will leave Bhubaneswar tomorrow. The transportation bill will be around Rs 20 lakh.
Special bogies will be attached to other Delhi-bound passenger trains to facilitate workers from other districts.
Revenue minister Manmohan Samal has reportedly reserved a separate bogey for his supporters from Bhadrak while Kharabela Swain, MP, has made similar arrangements for party workers of Balasore district. Similar arrangements have been made from Sambalpur and Rourkela.
