The Bengali original series Shwetkali, starring Oindrila Sen, Sourav Chakraborty, Shaheb Bhattacherjee, Arindam Ganguly, Debdut Ghosh, Devlina Kumar, Samadarshi Dutta, Swagata Basu and Rishi Koushik in the lead roles, is set to premiere on February 24 on Zee5. Directed by Sani Ghose Ray and produced by Snigdha Basu and Sani Ghosh Ray, the mystery thriller series follows the story of Urvi and Palash and the puzzling scenarios that unfold.
Premiering on February 24, the show follows the intriguing story of Urvi and Palash’s families and what happens when they arrive at Kharapani Mansion to celebrate their engagement. As the house starts getting prepared for the upcoming engagement ceremony, a wall breaks and there emerges the idol of a white Kali… Shwetkali. Shwetkali is the story of love lost, betrayal, and hidden truths about zamindars behind the doors of a dark mansion.
