Follow Lara Croft in her adventures in the ancient city of Kitezh in Siberia and take down the life-threatening circumstances! Sadly, this game has been titled an Xbox exclusive until 2016, so hold on PlayStation!

Need for Speed

Release date: November
After a few years of comparatively unpopular releases by this franchise, Electronic Arts chose to make amends by rebooting the entire series and titling it Need for Speed. The result: It bears close resemblance to former NFS titles, Underground and Underground 2, which were big hits. The street racing and highly-customisable vehicular elements of this game have caused it to go viral and created a constant hype among social networks, something the previous titles couldn’t achieve. Will this be EA’s vicious comeback with the franchise? Watch out.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III
Platform: Windows, Xbox One, PS4
Release date: November 6
The first-person shooter game is the 12th offering from the Call of Duty franchise. The campaign mode of the game is set in a dystopian future where man and machine have become integral to each other. You are a part of an army of part-mechanised super soldiers where robots fight the bigger battle. The developer, Treyarch, has bought in co-op campaign, which will allow you to play with your friends! Another feature is the ‘1940s zombie’ mode, complete with era-appropriate weapons.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
Platform: PS4
Release date: March 2016
Nathan Drake is back, and has brought along with him his brother Sam! Set three years after the events of Uncharted 3, control Nathan to explore and solve the conspiracy behind a long-lost pirate colony and its fabled pirate treasure.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate
Platform: Windows, Xbox One, PS4
Release date: October 23 for PS4 and November 19 for Windows
In the ninth instalment of the franchise, venture into Victorian England with protagonists Jacob Frye and Evie Frye. Take down the evil Templars and their wretched schemes by becoming the biggest crime lord and mobster in the heart of the Industrial Revolution. This will be the first time in Assassin’s Creed that a playable female protagonist is included. Can this game revive the franchise after the unpopular and buggy Assassin’s Creed Unity?
