A menu makeover and live music every Saturday — that’s the recipe behind Spaghetti Kitchen’s summer success. With more than 15 Italian and Mediterranean dishes that consist of everything from the classic pizzas and pastas to the newly introduced range of antipasti, there’s quite a lot to chew on.

Start with the Sweet N Smoky Cottage Cheese that has hot-plate grilled Cheddar squares with spiced cottage cheese poured over, and you’ll have set the bar high for the rest to follow. Deciding on a main course is hard, what with dishes like the mushroom-topped Cottage Cheese Umbaria that’s served with ginger, tomato and orange glaze; and Pickled Pepper Scented Chicken, which spells sensory overload with the red wine and orange liqueur sauce and a generous portion of mashed potatoes on the side.

Marrying your meal with melody, Spaghetti Kitchen is starting Unplugged Evenings where live music will be played every Saturday from 8.30pm, with special offers on tipple.

Juicy bell peppers wrapped around a sinful mixture of cheese and herbs, the Sweet Pepper Ripeni is the perfect starter for the veg foodie
