| A slice of the traditional Rajasthan — a mini Chokhi Dhani — came alive at Nicco Park. After being welcomed with a tilak on the forehead, people squatted on the floor to dig into the Rajasthani thali that offered 27 dishes (inset), served on earthen plates. Some of the lipsmacking items were Panchmel Dal, Badi ki Sabji, Gehun ka Khichda, Gatte ki Sabji, Churma and Rajasthani Dahi Vada. |
