Apocket hunter watch in 14-karat gold dating back to 1872. A ladies’ wristwatch from 1951 with a custom-made brooch. A double-face pocket chronograph in silver from 1897.

Time travel to a bygone era at Longines Boutique in Mani Square Mall (ground floor, Shop No. G29) as the Swiss watchmaker’s Longines Saint-Imier Collection displays 16 pieces from over the last 141 years.

On display till August 31, the pieces have travelled all the way from The Longines Museum in Saint-Imier, Switzerland, marking not just the Longines heritage collection line but also the completion of their 135 years in India.

“We have come a long way from a brand which was difficult to even pronounce in India to having the likes of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the brand ambassador today,” said Pramod Kandoi, the general manager of Exclusive Lines, co-partner of the boutique.

Joining Ash on the list have been Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf and the newest face on the billboards — Simon ‘The Mentalist’ Baker.
