Recipe for Navroz: Classic Parsi chicken pattice

Chicken Pattice
    Step 1

    In a pan, add the oil and the garlic, ginger, onion and sauté well

    Step 2

    Add all the spices and the washed keema

    Step 3

    Cook for 20 mins till it’s well browned and all the water is dried up

    Step 4

    In a bowl, grate the potatoes and spices

    Step 5

    Make small 40gm balls of potato and stuff with keema and close it into a rolled ball

    Step 6

    Flatten it a bit, coat with egg and bread crumbs. Deep fry and serve hot
