Maoists blew up a solar power plant in Gaya district on Monday night, damaging its control room and workers' accommodation unit. 'Apparently irked by non-payment of levy, the rebels detonated an improvised explosive device at the Tata Power-owned solar power plant last night,' assistant superintendent of police Arun Kumar Singh said on Tuesday.
