Patna, March 3: Deputy chief minister and chairman of empowered committee of state’s finance ministers on GST Sushil Kumar Modi today said the panel has recommended to keep 35 services out of the ambit of service tax. ll these services would be put in the negative list, Modi said after a meeting of the empowered committee.
