B>n Patna: Rohtas police on Saturday arrested three members of an inter-state gang that duped people on the pretext of lottery, from Bijnaur district in Uttar Pradesh. ohtas superintendent of police Manu Maharaj said the arrested persons — Neeraj Bhatnagar, Pankaj Bhatnagar and Sunil Kumar Singh — had duped one Ram Singhasan Singh, a resident of Neuri under Chenari police station of over Rs 10 lakh. “The police investigation has established the links of the arrested persons with those operating from Pakistan,” he added.
