Patna, Feb. 24: Several CBSE students gearing up for the plus two board exams slated from March 1 were shocked to find anomalies in admit cards.
Some regular candidates received admit cards mentioning them as “private candidates”. Several admit cards did not bear their subjects.
CBSE officials said the process of correction had begun. M.V.V. Prasada Rao, joint secretary-cum-regional officer, CBSE, Bihar/Jharkhand said: “Most candidates who came up with complaints had filled up the forms incorrectly. In some cases, guardians filled up the forms as their wards were preparing for competitive exams away from home.”
