| Participants display their delicacies at the cooking competition organised by Bihar Mahila Udyog Sangh at Narayani Hall on Sunday. More than 50 participants from all walks of life, including homemakers, doctors and entrepreneurs, brought cooked vegetarian dishes from home. Swati Shikha, a judge of the competition, said: “To be sure that the participants have prepared the dishes themselves, we asked them few questions about the preparation. Only those who answered them correctly, qualified for the final round.” One of the participants, Veena Gupta, prepared dahi vada with meethi chutney. Many participants blended traditional cuisine with fast food.
