HC seeks dengue report

• PATNA: Patna High Court on Tuesday directed the state government to submit a report regarding actions taken to contain the spread of dengue in the state. A division bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay passed the order after the court took up the matter suo motu, taking cognisance of media reports. The bench had directed principal secretaries of the urban development and health departments to furnish the report to the court. The matter would next be heard on November 8.
