The Bihar Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh (Bihar Secondary Teachers’ Association), acting on the directions of the education department and the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), has announced the dates for the pre-board examination for candidates of the 2019 matriculation and Intermediate examinations.

Bihar Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh, which is a body representing secondary and higher secondary school teachers, has been holding pre-board examinations for the past four decades. According to the examination schedule announced by Shikshak Sangh, the pre-board matriculation examination will be held from November 20 to 24. The pre-board Intermediate test will be held from November 1 to 6.

Bihar Madhyamik Sikshak Sangh spokesperson Abhishek Kumar said: “As the pre-board examination is approved by the education department and the BSEB, students who qualify in the test will be eligible to appear in the matriculation and Intermediate exams, which will be held in February/March next year.”

Fifty per cent questions in both the examinations will be objective, while the rest will be subjective. The exam will be held in two sittings with students getting 15 minutes to read the question papers.

The Intermediate test, which will be held from November 1, will start with the chemistry paper for science students, in the second sitting, political science papers will be held. Arts and commerce students will take the economics paper in the first seating on the same day, while commerce students will appear for the business studies paper in the second half.
