Salt Lake: A pickup with passengers caught fire near the Sports Authority of India (SAI) Complex in Salt Lake on Saturday afternoon.

Four people jumped out of the vehicle just in time and were unhurt, police said.

The vehicle was headed towards the Bypass from Broadway when the driver spotted fumes coming out of the bonnet. He stopped the car and opened the bonnet to find some parts on fire, the police said. The vehicle burst into flames within moments.
