Next Friday, the Aussie Grill and Seafood Festival will be unveiled at Ocean Grill in Sector V. “Calcuttans are not familiar with Australian cuisine. The Aussies are outdoor people who love to grill their food,” said owner-chef Shane Chatterjee who has cooked in Australian restaurants for over 11 years.
“Customers are very health-conscious these days and with the onset of summer, they would enjoy oil-free food,” he added.
There would be four dishes on the menu, with the stars being Aussie Bush-spiced Barbecued Prawns served on Citrus Salad and Tasmanian Grilled Salmon for which he imports the fish. The festival will be on till March 13.
