Fisheries minister Chandranath Sinha releases advanced size fish fingerlings in the waterbody at Banabitan. The move is part of the plan to enhance fish production by utilising all government-owned waterbodies. About two quintals of rohu, katla and mrigel fingerlings each were released in Banabitan and Subhas Sarobar on the same day.
