In April 2023, Apple opened its first two stores in India — Apple BKC in Mumbai and Apple Saket in Delhi. The company has been planning new stores ever since.

At Apple Hebbal, customers can explore the company’s complete product lineup, experience new features, and receive expert support from team members such as Specialists, Creatives, Geniuses, and dedicated business teams.

There will also be Today at Apple sessions at the new store, which helps customers learn about their devices and dive deeper into art, storytelling, productivity and even coding. The free events are led by Apple Creatives, including sessions on Apple Intelligence or working smarter on Mac.

After the opening of Apple BKC, the company CEO Tim Cook spoke to The Telegraph about the thrill he gets from meeting people who use Apple products in innovative ways. He said: “They make my heart sing because what we are is a toolmaker. To see fashion being designed, to see sustainable bicycles being made, to see creative graphics… it’s just amazing. It wasn’t too many years ago when you would kind of (get) pushed into a career path of an engineer, or a doctor maybe. And now it’s so great that there’s a creative community that’s blossoming out there. It’s quite alive in India.”

Apple stores are always designed to be a gathering place with bright lights and bright acoustics, ensuring customers feel they are at an event rather than a retail store. And it retains a secret ingredient the company’s co-founder Steve Jobs introduced — attention to detail. Every square inch of the store is always packed with aesthetics, and even the devices are kept at certain angles.

Apple Hebbal opens September 2 at 1 pm.
