YMCA are champions

Abhishek Raman (97) and Ritwik Roychoudhury (56) shared a 126-run stand for the second wicket as YMCA smashed Kalighat by seven wickets in the final to emerge champions of the P. Sen Trophy, at the Eden, on Wednesday.

Calcutta: Abhishek Raman (97) and Ritwik Roychoudhury (56) shared a 126-run stand for the second wicket as YMCA smashed Kalighat by seven wickets in the final to emerge champions of the P. Sen Trophy, at the Eden, on Wednesday.

With Piyush Chawla hitting a 21-ball 46, YMCA took just 33.3 overs to overhaul Kalighat's total of 235. Earlier, opting to bat, Kalighat's Sreevats Goswami scored 106.
