Calcutta, April 6 :    Calcutta, April 6:  Assam girl Varsha Dutta won a double crown at the Cosmo Open mini/sub-junior tennis championships today. Varsha lifted the girls' under-16 title beating local girl Shivika Burman 6-3, 6-2. In the under-14 final, she accounted for Karina Ahuja, another local girl, 6-2, 7-5. The boy's under-16 crown was captured by second seed Rupesh Roy who saw off top seed Sabyasachi Bose 6-4, 6-2. The under-14 event was also won by the second seed, at the top seed's expense, when Karan Dhillon saw off Assam's Kaushik Das 6-2, 6-4. The Amit Chaturvedi Trophy for the most improved player was awarded to Prem Singh.
