The fifth and final Test between India and England in Manchester is set to be delayed after Indian junior physio Yogesh Parmar returned a positive Covid-19 test on Thursday. Discussions between the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and the BCCI are on, and a final confirmation on the status of the Test match is awaited.

According to CricBuzz, a bunch of Indian players wrote to the BCCI, expressing apprehension over playing at Old Trafford in the wake of such a health crisis.
