Summons to trader's wife

Police today issued summons to the wife of industrialist Mahimananda Mishra, who is wanted in the October 26 murder of Seaways Shipping and Logistics Limited (SSLI)'s general manager Mahendra Swain.

Paradip, Dec. 14: Police today issued summons to the wife of industrialist Mahimananda Mishra, who is wanted in the October 26 murder of Seaways Shipping and Logistics Limited (SSLI)'s general manager Mahendra Swain.

Despite a lookout circular issued on Mahimananda's name, police have not been able to trace him yet.

"As there is every possibility of Mishra keeping in touch with family members, notices have been served to his wife Mala," said Paradip police station inspector Subhransu Sekhar Nayak.

The EDI account through the OSL has beencarrying out stevedoring transaction with the port has a depositreserve to the tune of Rs 80 crore.
